How can I find out how much data I have used?

Navigate to myaccount.keepgo.com and click on the eSIM tab on the left sidebar. Click on the eSIM line, the balance of which you’d like to check. A window with your eSIM line details will show up.

When does my eSIM data plan duration start?

The eSIM data plan duration begins the moment you start using your balance. Your data will remain valid forever if you refill the balance at least once per year.

May I have both Keepgo SIM and eSIM?

Absolutely. You may use both a physical SIM card and an eSIM card in the compatible device.

What payment methods may I use to recharge Keepgo eSIM?

I had an issue at beginning since I didn’t realize that I needed to turn roaming on. I contacted the Keepgo team and they told me that. It works fine text message and voice call, which were what I used so far.

Found it difficult to install, I am not familiar with computer lingo so I had to look it all up which is hard to do on bad wifi in a foreign country.
I’m not used to eSIM installation and your support was unable to convey what I needed to do in simple language and when I tried to send photo of the data page from my phone it sat in outbox it never sent. I ended up sending questions on my iPad over wifi instead of my phone. What if I did not have another device?
I used my iPad to provide the scanner image for my phone to scan. I do not know how to scan a picture on my phone with my phone.
If I would have installed eSIM before I left my country, then it would have been less worrying (that I would be using data or roaming on my old SIM card) while I was installing.
Everything works good now. But,
I still don’t have any idea how much data I’ve used as I’m not sure where to look.
I’ve tried to email support but the keepgo address for support sits in my outbox even though I send emails to other addresses with no problem.
It was way simpler to replace my SIM card with another on other trips, rather than use your eSIM. Not clear instructions.
Using in New Zealand for car navigation, from north to south islands fairly good coverage.
Not sure how to do a speed test
