We would like to clarify that sometimes system updates and speedtests can use up/ bolt down data, as we mentioned earlier in our email correspondence. However, we assure you that this is not an issue with your SIM card.
To avoid any unintentional data usage, we recommend selecting low data usage in your device settings or turning off apps that are not currently in use in your mobile data settings. This should help to minimize your data usage while using our service.
