Shipping information

Keepgo processes orders Monday-Friday and ships them within 48 hours after the purchase. You will receive the tracking number for your order and will be able to track the status of the shipping.

Please note that you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies wildly from country to country.

Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times. In the event of a delayed delivery time, shipping costs may be refundable, but a refund is not guaranteed.

The orders that have been already shipped out cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.

If you encounter any issues, contact us within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered.

Hotels & P.O. Boxes shipping

To ensure delivery to your hotel, please put your hotel reservation/confirmation number after your last name when placing your order and contact your hotel to inform them about the delivery.

SIM card orders for the U.S. can be sent to P.O. Boxes. For optimal delivery service, please include both your P.O. Box number and a physical street address for the shipping address. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes can only be sent via standard delivery.
